All watches manufactured by Lantis Watch Company Ltd carry a 3 year international warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the warranty card.
This includes the watch movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. The warranty excludes any issues that occur due to mishandling and/or damaging the watch. Normal wear-and-tear on the bracelet/strap is also excluded. Furthermore, any work carried out by a non-authorised third party will void the warranty entirely.
The LANTIS warranty is only valid if the owner has the completed warranty card in their possession along with the correct and matching serial number on the watch.
The LANTIS warranty can be transferred once to a secondary owner of the watch. The original owner must contact us at info@lantiswatches.com so the new owner information can be recorded. The secondary owner will receive the remaining balance of the original 3 year warranty.
The International Limited Warranty does not cover:
(a) defects and damages due to loss, theft, flood, earthquake or fire, or other causes beyond our control;
(b) defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident;
(c) defects and damages caused by improper use (knocks; dents; crushing to the case, crystal, bracelet or strap, etc.), alterations (functionality or capability), tampering, dismantling, modifications, or services and repairs completed by anyone other than an authorised LANTIS Service Centre, or by the use of components other than those recommended by Lantis;
(d) defects and damages due to normal wear and tear;
(e) watches where the serial number originally imprinted on the watch case is removed or not clearly legible, or where any part of the original watch back or any original number has been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or defaced;
(f) lack of accuracy of the watch if within the limits of average industry tolerance;
(g) routine maintenance and cleaning.

Ultimately, LANTIS stands behind its Swiss-made products, and customer satisfaction is our first priority.
Due to the prominent quality of LANTIS’s products and customer expectations, LANTIS accepts Returns/Exchanges for products only in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and UNALTERED condition within fourteen (14) days of the customer’s receipt of goods. A RETURN FEE of 10% per order will be charged for all refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact LANTIS within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase for instructions to return. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus the return fee.
You may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. In the event of an Exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping per selected method.
Full refunds (including original shipping fees) will be processed for items that are returned to LANTIS due to factory defects ONLY.
How to Return an Item
Please email adlead@lantiswatches.com before returning any orders. Product returns are the responsibility of the customer, including custom fees and taxes. Returned goods must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. If it is damaged upon arrival, LANTIS cannot accept the return.
Request a refund or exchange
Please email adlead@lantiswatch.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase and inform us if you want a refund or exchange. If you want an exchange, then please let us know the product name and SKU. Mail your returned item to:
Include in your package a signed letter with your full name and order number stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
